Refund & Booking Policy
At House of Funkadelics, each booking reserves a limited tufting station, materials, and preparation time specifically for your experience. Because of this, all bookings are subject to the following policy:
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made 72+ hours before your scheduled class are eligible for a full refund or free reschedule.
- Cancellations made 24–72 hours before class are eligible for a one-time reschedule or studio credit.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class, including no-shows, are non-refundable.
Group Bookings
Private parties and large group bookings may require non-refundable deposits due to staffing and material preparation.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. Guests arriving more than 20 minutes late may have reduced tufting time and may not qualify for refunds or reschedules.
Custom Designs
Customers are responsible for submitting their design before the appointment. Some images may require simplification or modification to become “tuftable.” House of Funkadelics reserves the right to adjust designs to ensure they can be completed during the session.
Handmade Rugs
Each rug is handmade and custom-created by the guest. Because of the personalized nature of the experience and product, completed rugs are non-refundable.
Rug Pickup & Storage
Finished rugs left at the studio should be picked up within 30 days unless otherwise arranged. Rugs left beyond this timeframe may be discarded or donated due to limited storage space.
Emergency Closures
In the event of emergencies, severe weather, illness, or unexpected studio closures, customers will be offered a reschedule or studio credit.
